IMAGE GUIDELINES : Your photos can be old or new original photos or digital files. We can scan original paper photos (large or small). Digital camera photos are simple to work with – easy to download from your camera and easy to upload to our Website.

FILE FORMATS: We will accept any file format, but for best results we prefer TIFF or low compression JPG's.

PHOTO SIZE: The minimum recommended size of your digital images is approximately 1mb. Any size below this will cause pixelation on the canvas print. Most digital camera's of 3 (or higher) megapixels will give suitable sized images. Mobile phone picture are not suitable for enlargement.

CROPPING: If your original image is landscape (for example) and you wish to have a square canvas, please indicate where you wish the crop to be. If you are happy for our designers to choose the best crop we will email you a proof (please request).

FRAMING: Our canvas frames are handmade from planed pine, each individually crafted to your canvas specifications.

CANVAS: Our canvas is 100% cotton canvas with a matte finish, as it is a natural canvas (unlike a polycanvas). Owing to the natural rawness of the canvas there is a slight texture to the final product.

DEPTH: Our standard frame depth for your canvas print, is (1.25") 3cm .

BLEED: A bleed is where the image wraps around the canvas sides (Example on the left). Please indicate on your order whether you which of the 2 options you prefer.

PRINTERS: We use professional large format printers, with specially formulated UV inks and six-ink Colour Layering Technology which create continuous tones and smooth colour transitions.

DELIVERY: All orders within the UK are subject to a packaging & delivery charge which OF £9.50. Customers outside of the UK should contact us for delivery charges. Turnaround for canvas prints is normally 7 - 10 working days from receipt of your image to dispatch.
