Please check your canvas immediately upon receipt. For any questions concerning your order - please call us or email within 7 days of delivery. Any errors on delivery or damaged goods must be notified to The Original Canvas Company within 7 days of receipt
Delivery
We use Citylink couriers on an express 24hour service. Once a parcel has left us Citylink should deliver the next working day (sometimes, due to adverse weather conditions, Citylink have been unable to deliver some parcels on time as the roads are too dangerous). Please note that we cannot refund postage if your parcel is not delivered in the 3-5 working days as stated as we cannot be responsible for the disruption to Citylink's service. Citylink is a courier service and therefore a signature will be needed. Please give a delivery address for daytime delivery up to 17.30. Citylink will card you (if not available to sign) and attempt to redeliver the next working day for free. After that your parcel will be held in your local depot for up to 48hours where it can be collected. If not collected it will be returned to us at a fee and we will be happy to resend but a charge will apply. For smaller canvases and for Channel Isles, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands we will often use Royal Mail postage. Larger canvases may be subject to additional postage to non Mainland Uk addresses.
Returns
Due to the bespoke nature of our product, we respectfully ask all of our customers to choose their images carefully as bespoke canvases cannot be returned unless faulty.
